Hello, I have this problem...
I have a Tidal account connected to the Sonos app (android + ios), but my playlists that I created in Tidal are no longer showing.
What could be the problem?
Everything is showing, only the playlists are not loading....the info appears: something went wrong...
I cleared the cache in the apps and re-authorized the Tidal account...but to no avail, the playlists are still not showing.

I’d certainly try a reboot of the router, followed by a reboot of your Sonos speakers. Then make sure they’re current by checking for any outstanding updates, but if the issue persists, I would call Sonos Support to discuss it.
When you speak directly to the Support staff, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.
I did everything of course...restarted the router and phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the Sonos and Tidal apps, disconnected and reconnected to the Sonos app...all to no avail.
Interestingly, everything worked without a problem until 10/31/25.
So, what did the support staff suggest?
Honestly...after almost two hours on the chat they didn't suggest anything at all...I sent a system diagnostic...and they said they'll see...I'm not surprised that customers are running away from Sonos to the competition...(Bluesound, Wiim....)

the rebooting but to no avail. I can play playlists that Tidal have created but I just get an error message when I try to load my own 😖
I am also having this issue. Tidal playlists only, it just shows the message "something went wrong"
hmmmm.....I was scared that I was alone
So again a problem on the Sonos side, Tidal support confirmed to me that everything is ok with them.

Have both reauthorised and reinstalled..and still same error.
Always a relief to see you aren't alone in experiencing a specific issue.
I have joined the queue for news of a fix. Fingers crossed but hopes are held in check.
Just for info - today's update (ios + android), but without effect. The problem still persists - Tidal playlists not working
