I’ve been struggling with this new app for two hours now. So many things are missing or difficult to use compared to the old app. Please, can you continue to make the old app available for people who still prefer to use that one. I was fine with that app, and would like to revert to using it. Please give us a way to do that.

This new app is just awful. That only is it illogical to but it’s just not ready. No alarm call features and can’t update new network setting without factory setting all my speakers and loosing all my playlists and settings! I used to big Sonos fan but they can stick their headphones!
Want ro go back to my old app.
Any official rollback would be a major loss of face for Sonos.
Then they have nothing to worry about. This app IS rock bottom.
The whole family hat..dislikes the New app. Not intitive. I woke the family because I was operating the wrong speakers. Even after switching. Even now after some time were not used to this messy app. Please give us the choice for the old lay-out!
Can you explain how you installed the old app? Not sure what Apk file is. Thanks.

My fix is for the android device. My Sonos app is on my android mobile.
- Go to aplmirror.com, search sonos, find and download sonos 16.1.
