I was logged off, and now while trying to log on it says i have to agree to NEW terms of service in particular claims and binding arbitration? I refuse. Can i get a refund on y SONOS products i cant use my Music Library on like before? I'm not intending on litigating but i am inclined when one of your many 100,000's users finally start a claim and litigate this fiasco. I am so inclined to jump on a class action lawsuit if one is ever filed. You guys are horrible. instead of fixing the obvious problems and your mistakes. you want to instead push your customers in the corner and limit your liability. this is so wrong. you are not accepting responsibility for your mistakes and harm created on your customers/consumers. You are coercing customers who are in despair and conflict with costly equipment that they cannot now use. Horrible, just horrible. are you guys Russian, North Koreans, Chinese Communist Party? This cannot be legal and enforecable in a court of law. This is coersion.

What’s the date of these “new” Terms of Service? There have been “agree to arbitration” conditions in the agreements since at least 2020: https://www.sonos.com/en-us/legal/terms-of-use-2020
I may have used the wrong term “agree to arbitration”
I meant specifically the following section which they, SONOS so boldly pointed out
13. Dispute Resolution
PLEASE READ THIS “DISPUTE RESOLUTION” SECTION CAREFULLY, AS IT MAY SIGNIFICANTLY AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO FILE OR PARTICIPATE IN A LAWSUIT FILED IN COURT.
my issues are with the many changes, or additions to the following which is in much more detail then the link you attached. I too attached the link for the updated new version, today’s version below.
https://www.sonos.com/en-us/legal/terms-of-use
Im not going to go over every line item but the new updated agreement SECTION 13 is much longer and more detailed. do i think its better for them- SONOS the company or better for me- the consumer who already bought their products and have some reasonable expectations on use and performance.
I Assume its in Their favor. They specifically make a NOTATION- Look at #13 before agreeing, like they changed or modified it.
Old version #13 about 8 small paragraphs long, about one page or so
The curremt #13 is about 20 Large paragraphs long, about 4-6 pages long
