Can only reset every device in my house so many times. Can only post on this forum so many times. Can only update so many times.

Please someone start a class action lawsuit. Please. Everyone hates this. Nobody wanted this app update. Just roll it the * back.

Seems like Forbes hit the nail on the head, this is first and foremost a leadership failure, both in the way this major redesign was rushed without proper testing, and the way Sonos handles it since.

Exactly.  Where is his FOLLOW UP?!?!?   The more Apple moves on, they are going to ERADICATE SONOS and we will all lose our investment in their products.  I have all my house all rooms with THEIR/HIS “STUFF”!

I demand that if they can’t control their:

  • R&D.
  • QA.
  • operation, logistics, shipments
  • the poor service support team is making you SURVIVE.  THEY deserve medals. Ask them what to do to fix your stupid release issues
  • give us 1000% our current replacement value to switch to APPLE since you can’t get your ship under control. 
  • And yes FIRE YOUR CEO, ARCHITECT, DEVELOPER VP, SUPPLIERS.  AND RETIRE PLEASE…

I’ve read. Your bullet points are about ‘if they can’t control their’.

Where is your demand? You haven’t stated the second half.

And how are you going to deal with Sonos not acceding to your demand? Have you read the information CEO comments here, the information in the app update schedule here, seen the posts release notes here, or even the quarterly comments here?

You’ve already paid them for the product. Unless you’re a subscriber to Sonos HD, they’re not making any money from you, so there isn’t a bunch of threat behind your demands, although there certainly are many threads already that support your dissatisfaction. 

There seems to be a lot of emotion in your post, but not a lot of thought.

I was diagnosed with ALS.  So yes there is a lot of emotion because I am wasting my precious time left in earth on resetting this app so I can listen to my programs to “relax and meditate at home” and instead I am doing this.   Google ALS if you do not know what that terminal illness is about.
