Adding devices

Hello apologies if this has been covered/questioned before.

I have a bit of a collection and have recently changed my wifi to a new one after a while with no internet. Im happy to individually add my speakers back one by one but is there a way to save the updates for 1 mass update at the end. Currently im adding one play 3 waiting for the update, adding another, waiting for that to update, adding my era 300 waiting for that update, arc, sub, play 1, one, one, etc etc ideally id like to add all, have an option for ‘add more devices’ then once you’ve finished adding whatever you have you can ‘update all’ same goes for if you purchase a new bundle arc, plus surrounds etc does it not make sense to add them all to the network and then update altogether?

You are really making things difficult for yourself, better to follow the Sonos guidance on changing Wi-Fi.

And no, if you choose the way you have you are going to have to update each as you add it.

If you have not already Factory Reset everything. the above approach is easiest. If you have already Factory Reset, this procedure will reduce the time required for a mass setup — but it’s still a mess. I hope you have not done a mass Factory Reset.

That is handy, didn't realize it was available yet, still shows coming soon on Android.
