New App Feedback


Just adding my voice to the feedback about the new app.

 

I have been completely disappointed with the new app.  Simple things you could do in the old app are no longer easy.  
 

For example, I play a certain Apple Music station every Sunday morning.  There is a Recently Played option where the station appears.  When you select it, Sonos displays the “Something went wrong” message.  Searching for that station took me 5 minutes to find it even though I have done it several weeks in a row now.

 

Another complaint is that I cannot play my Sirius stations.  Sonos (or Sirius) broke this in the old app.  Calls to Sirius and Sonos just resulted in finger pointing with no solution.  I was hoping that the problem would be fixed in the new version but Sirius is still not working. Argh!&$#

 

There are many other examples.  Just not willing to invest too much time until I see some progress on their end.

P.S. I find it amusing that Sonos popped up an ad for free shipping while I’m typing this feedback.  I have a few older speakers and have been considering swapping the older ones out for the latest models. That’s not happening any time soon. : )
