I'm now truly fed (gatvol!!!) up trying to stream you tube music on sonos. Nothing works.

According to your profile you have ZonePlayer speakers. Are these the ones you’re trying to play to? Using S1 app or PC controller?
This is a user community, as you (seem to) know. We don’t have any info about your setup so you need to tell us more about your system.

Yes ZP 100 (3) and ZP80 connected to router. Had them for 16 years and no real issues.
S1 app update seems to have started the problem.
Error message: song in not encoded correctly.
Deleted and reinstalled youtube music.
Turned Zone pays off at wall.
Reset router.
Reinstalled S1 app.
Some tracks will play 10 to 20 seconds then error message appears.
