YouTube Music not working AT ALL! - Sonos App

I can't use YouTube Music in my Sonos app. Nothing shows up in the app, totally blank. I've installed the app multiple times, relinked my accounts, restarted the router and so on. Searched the forums and web, no answer. Am I doomed here?

I would recommend that you submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this problem, and call Sonos Support to discuss it. Don’t post the resulting diagnostic number here, they get sensitive about GDPR.

There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.

When you speak directly to the Support staff, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.

I am having the same exact issue. Support refreshed the speaker from their end I have rebooted my router and all devices (iphone, androids, ipad, etc) show the same issue so its not an app or device problem. Something is wrong with the API
