Not really enough information, but I’d try several things. First, check to ensure the location of your account is set properly, by logging in to your account at www.sonos.com, and checking there. Next, make sure you’re rebooting in the correct sequence, essentially your Sonos devices need to be unplugged while you reboot the router to get all of the benefits. Check after your Sonos reconnect to ensure you’re running the latest firmware. If it’s still not working, remove your Sonos ‘plug ins’ for both Saavan and YouTube from Sonos completely. Log out of Sonos, wait five minutes, then log back in to your system, and reinstall the Saavan and YouTube plugins, and then test.
I don’t ‘know’ if any of these will, or will not work, it’s just what I’d try. The most important suggestion is to call Sonos Support to discuss it.
When you speak directly to the Support staff, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.
