working app for COLOROS

Hi - I haven’t been able to use my Sonos products from my phone in months now. 
I tried re-installing the app about 10 times, it opens to black screen with white logo, then turns to black screen and crashes. 
I have seen threads from 6 to 7 months ago with COLOROS users having the same issue, when will it be corrected ? I can wrap my head around the fact that there still isn’t a fix ! 
 

Specs of my phone :

OPPO A72 

COLOROS 11.1

Android 11

Qualcomm Snapdragon 665


I know there is a web app, but it is not a viable long-term fix. There has to be a true corrective.

Is it definitely a Sonos issue? What does the phone manufacturer say?

Have you called Sonos Support directly to discuss it?

I’m not sure what COLOROS is, is it an Android OS?

I will also try Sonos support :) 

I have seen a bunch of thread with the same issue for Oppo and Realm phones. Looks like COLOROS (Oppo’s Android OS) is not supported…

Huh. Was unaware that Oppo wrote their own special version of the Android OS, but I have read other posts about Oppo issues, which didn’t, to my memory, mention a different OS. Hopefully, Support will be able to assist.
