Sonos won’t log me in, even though the credentials are correct, it will not give an error, it just disappears as if I’m logged in, but I’m not.?

Previous reported cases have been often suggested as misremembering of the email used, or using a different email completely, rather than mistyping. I’d suggest ‘transferring’ it, if you can, following the instructions in the manage your account FAQ.

However, since this community doesn’t have any knowledge about your system, you could also contact Sonos Support directly to discuss it.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.
