My Sonos app on Windows no longer functions. It just goes round in circles,
- It starts with saying that it needs an update.
- When pressing update it says it doesn’t need an update as everything is up to date.
- I can then press more options, and select “continiue using sonos app” which will tell me that my products haven’t been registered.
- I press Registere products and enter in my credentials, and sonos tells me that my system is updated.
- Pressing OK just takes me back to the same screen saying I need to register.
- Restarting the app just takes me back to start with the app saying i need to update.
I’ve tried resetting the app, and then join existing system, But that also takes me to the starting point saying that I need an update.
Repairing or re-installing the app doesn’t solve the issue either.
Does anybody have an idea as to how to make it work again? The app on the phone works; but is aapparently unaware of a thing called podcasts
