Win10 Sonos App Won't Connect After Force Upgrade of Sonos (5/2024)
Hello. I came home after being away for a week and the Win10 Sonos Controller ‘sees the system’ but won’t connect. Happily, I can still control the speakers w/ my phone (IOS).
The help desk (after being in queue starting at #52! had be install a new version of the controller (done) and it has the same issue. BTW there was no prompt for updating. Just an unfriendly surprise. Now, the (L1) support is guessing, etc.
Any help/ideas appreciate. Music and network are fine. But Win10 app doesn’t see the system. BTW, the system apparently had new firmware pushed to it (to the speakers) while I was away. From: is 78.1-51030 to: 79.0-52294
VPN off. Avast and McAfee (and everything else) had no updates during the last week.
