By far the most useful way I found to create a playlist was to build the songs in the queue, listen to them and shuffle the order until I was satisfied and then save the playlist.
will this capability be returning?

+1 my family used the feature much in the same way as you. That this wasn’t included with the playlist saving teturn is concerning. Would be nice to have some clarity.
