Why is there no network to connect to in Sonos app?! I’ve done everything to get my system back up and running. I’ve followed all the Sonos help topics and it’s garbage! Please help

We can’t help much if you don’t tell us what Sonos devices you have (Update your profile would be best) and what wifi setup you have.


The network settings are missing in the current app.

Go back and use the old SSID and password in your router and Sonos should find it.


Unfortunately that router is toast. So I guess I’m screwed until they fix the app. Thanks for your help


You didn’t write down the old SSID and password anywhere?

If you can find a copy of it anywhere it is very easy to change the one in the new router to the old SSID/password.
