Why? Why? Have you employed a development team that have no respect for users to upgrade your app?

  1. Nothing works, the queue won’t refresh, and you can’t edit it
  2. It is the least intuitive app I’ve ever used, you can’t find the search bar without scrolling the screen

Any software company worth it’s salt doesn’t totally change an app customers rely on, they build regression testing suites and rank feature use, and make sure that they don’t break customer experience when they upgrade.

You clearly don’t.

The app is your entire customer experience.

You have failed.

Seriously, how can I downgrade to the old app?

I think you’ll find the answers to all of your questions if you search the forums.

It’s awful (the app) and they can’t hear it enough. Total failure. Somebody at the top needs to be voted out.
