I’ve followed these instructions repeatedly:

  1. Open Sonos.
  2. From the Settings. ...
  3. Under Music & Content, tap Add a Service.
  4. Click on Add to Sonos, then select I already have an account.
  5. Click on Authorize, then enter the credentials of the Admin account.

#4 does not fully exist...after I click Add to Sonos it doesn’t have an option to select I Already Have An Account.  It brings me to a list of streaming services.  I’ve already got my Spotify account connected to my Sonos app and now I’m trying to connect, invite, add (WTF ever you want to all it) my wife and/or my wife’s Spotify.  When I click on Settings, + Add a Service, then Spotify, it tells me I’m already connected to Spotify.

Log out of your Spotify account in the Spotify app and on your web browser first. Then try to add the second account in the Sonos app.
