Which controller are you using? Are your tracks stored online or locally?
When you say LIKE do you mean you can’t save the song as a favorite or you don like the way the song sounds? I’m using the controller in iOS and have no problem with saving to favorites.
+24Apple’s SMAPI server does not support the Ratings API that is required to do Like/Heart/Thumbs-up.
Unless I’m missing something, I don’t see Like/Heart/Thumbs-up as something available in Apple Music, itself.

I think the Favorite option is equivalent (the “Star”).
