Sorry to hear of the issue you are having with not seeing all the content in the Sonos app that you can see in the Napster app. 

Napster is responsible for what you see within the Napster container in the Sonos app - I recommend that you report this to Napster directly. It may be intentional, it may not.

I did email napster- they say it is a sonos issue??  so  now what??

I would recommend that you submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this problem, and call Sonos Support to discuss it. But don’t post the resulting diagnostic number here, they get sensitive about GDPR.

There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.

When you speak directly to the Support staff, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.

I did call support again. I was told it is a known issue.  I wasn’t asked to submit a diagnostic 

Using example of Pink Floyd - their entire LP catalog is available on Napster and I was able to access it in Sonos until about 6 months ago.  Something changed.  I don’t believe it’s my setting.  I have the same views on all mg pcs and phone.  And again I can access the full LPs if I just log into Napster and not use Sonos- which is baffling
