This has been happening for years. Different phones, desktop or mobile, different zone players, doesn't matter. Ever since one of the updates it has been a constant issue.

Today for example I have a bunch of backup alarms set. The first one goes off and I go to access them to turn off the rest and the app shoes no alarms. I have many times set, and many that should be showing as off.

… and same thing with setting the alarms… There should be ton of times already there to turn on but it shows none yet when trying to add one it says no more alarms can be set because I’m maxed, which is probably true.

I expected to see a ton of complaints on the board when I searched where someone said do xyz so it doesnt happen but seems to be unique to something I am doing or my set up?

Sure sounds like a local issue, although it’s hard to tell. What did Sonos Support say, when you called in to discuss it?

When you speak directly to the Support staff, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.

I have older gen play 1s and 5s currently connected and an amp connected at the router.

This has been going on for years for me.

The most fun is when the alarm goes off when my kids are sleeping and I cant turn it off using the app =P
