The problem is precisely when I play from the Sonos app:
I go into the music service, choose any song from the library, it plays it, ends and that's it. Silence. It doesn't do anything else.

(The device is Era300 in case that is of any relevance).

Thanks.

Hi @Perplejo

Welcome to the Sonos Community!

Sorry to hear of this issue you are having, though it does sound like what is supposed to happen - if you only select one track, it makes a certain sense that it only plays that one track.

When selecting an item which then brings up multiple tracks in the app, there should also be a button above the list of tracks that will play all the tracks listed when pressed.

I hope this helps.

What service?  Are you playing an album or playlist?  How are you putting the music in the queue?
