App tells me that I keep needing to update network, even after I do it and it’s verified, it tells me I am not connected

 Define your network.  Without that the community can not help.

Is it asking you to update your network - what is the actual message you receive?

Not connected…Your system not found. Then a button that says.  UPDATE NETWORK. When I go through the process it acknowledges that it’s back on my WiFi. When I try the mobile app (for my music) the App says it cannot locate my Sonos products on my WiFi.  This happens every time. So the mobile/ phone App is disconnecting me?

As has been asked please describe your network meaning hardware (router and modem) as well as ISP.
