Can you imagine spending beaucoup bucks on any other Sonos product, especially headphones after the total and complete disrespect shown to its customers? Sony, Bose B & W, Apple. And you are going to buy a product that may occasionally need software updates from this gang?

TOTAL AND COMPLETE DISRESPECT TO ITS CUSTOMER BASE. 

To get loyalty you must give loyalty. Something for the Sonos gang to think about!
