I’ll be damned. I rebooted everything… devices, modem, router. Playlists display in the app on my tablet again. As the sage Mr. Natural once asked, ‘Is dis a system?’

That’s what I thought. But that did not prevent playlists from becoming unavailable/invisible in the app over the course of various ‘upgrades’ and ‘improvements’ over the past year or so. Nor does it explain why the system remains so damn unstable.
Anyhow may latest Sonos heart attack moment has quickly passed. Thank heavens.
Still waiting for playlist editing though. And volume/EQ controls that don’t hang up. Speakers that don’t drop off the network without warning. The ability to toggle from displaying the track playing back to the list of tracks in a queue without going back to the beginning of the queue and having to scroll through a hundred tracks to get to my place in the line.
Just a few minor annoyances like that…
I mostly use the Windows Desktop controller. On the phone/pad controllers look for your SONOS Playlists under Sonos Favorites.

Not sure if you are being purposefully disingenuous but disappearing playlists has been an acknowledged Sonos bug with the new app and many still report this issue despite Sonos saying it’s fixed, the app may randomly stop showing them irrespective of where they are stored.
My point is that the Playlists still exist. I realize that there have been times when they have been difficult for some users to conveniently access. I mostly use the Windows desktop controller and have had continuous access to my SONOS Playlists using the Windows controller.

It’s frustrating when Sonos still has issues like playlist visibility, unstable systems, and network drops despite all the updates. The missing features like volume/EQ control stability and a better queue navigation system are long overdue. Hopefully, they continue to address these annoyances along with the much-needed playlist editing. Fingers crossed they get things sorted out soon!
