I’m not entirely sure I understand.
If you remove a speaker from your system and give/sell it to someone else, it will be removed from your system when it is registered with another user. If it is not registered to a new owner, then it will drop off the app after several days.
However, once there is no speaker, there should be no room - if you have a room in the app with no speaker in it, that would be entirely new to me! Could you please post a screenshot of this? Please also submit a support diagnostic and let me know here that you have done so. Thanks.
