When are Sonos going to make their app work so that I can play and stop music using it ?
At the moment my only option to stop Sonos music is to switch off the electric in my house.
No control on my app ever seems to work.
I have eight Sonos devices on my home network and some play and some don't.
Dreadful.
Changing channels used to help a bit but now I can't even do that.
Any advice ? Or is Sonos just crap ?
Unfortunately they have demolished iso rebuilt their new app from the ground up …..it’s still missing a ton of functions and is as slow or even slower than the previous S2 app….viz when you want to start or stop playing or adjusting volumes. Key basic functions for loudspeakers however not/no longer for Sonos 
Well I don't care about functions, just the ability to control their devices. Play, pause ,stop. Really basic things have never worked properly. I think I just have to ditch Sonos and find something that plays music when I click...
