I suggest that all volume settings be done with a dropdown list. The slider is too inaccurate and not easily repeatable.

You don’t need to use the slider itself. You can tap the speaker icons at either end of the slider line to turn the volume up and down in small increments.
Yes, that is useful on my Android even if not at all obvious. However, the same capability does not exist on my Windows app or when setting an alarm on the Windows app. A dropdown list of volume levels would be so much more obvious and user friendly.
