volume in different

I have several Sonos devices around my house, all already grouped by area, my problem is that in the Sonos app I select a different volume in each area according to the volume I want in each area and it looks good, when it comes to uploading the volume with the “general” volume, the app does not move the rooms symmetrically, it changes the volumes of the rooms and that causes the volumes to change differently in each room and it already sounds louder or weaker than the “balance” that I give it had given
The same thing happens to me if I do it from my IOS phone
Does anyone know how to solve it?
thank you

You might set your master volume then adjust the individual Rooms to where you are happy, submit a diagnostic.

Adjust the master volume, note how each Grouped Room sounds, too loud, too low or good. Submit another diagnostic.

You might do that last step several times at different master volume levels to give the Sonos folks a good sample.

Call Support with your system a d notes handy so they can look at internal data hidden from us users. They can possibly help or at least n9te it as a problem.
