I started to use the Roon app to replace the Sonos app.
It is working great on my Sonos speakers. Qobuz and Tidal have been much well integrated in Roon and it sounds really amazing.

The Roon server is on my pc right now but I ordered the Roon Nucleus One to be my future server. On my iPhone I have the Roon app very easy to use where I am connected to my Qobuz and Tidal accounts. I have cancelled my Spotify subscription as Qobuz or Tidal have a better quality streaming.

Yes. I already had WiiM and adopted Roon last summer, in part for its integration of local FLAC and Qobuz music, and also for its recommendation engine. Not surprisingly it also provided a refuge from the Sonos app shortcomings, by employing Sonos players as endpoints.

I went with a bespoke-build fanless NUC 11 complete with pre-installed ROCK. I hate fans (Nucleus One has one). 

I’m a regular headphone user and Roon’s MUSE is an added bonus for endpoints that don’t contain their own DSP.
