I have a macbook pro running the sonos desktop app. I’m connected to my network via a wired connection. I’m getting the message when i launch the app that it is unable to connect. is it not possible to control my system from the same network over a wired connection?

As long as they’re both on the same subnet, and wired to a router, it should work.
