Where can I find my personal Sonos playlists in the new Sonos App

I was able to find my personal playlists under the 'sonos favorites'.  I have an android phone

Unfortunately can't seem to add to or edit my current playlists

When I start up my Sonos app on my android phone it tries to start the sonos favorites and recently played items, but it keeps on trying to show them but with no success. The app doesn't work anymore 😡

I tried to send an email to support@sonos.com but I got a no-reply email back that this email address is no longer supported and you have to go the website  http://support.sonos.com. Very unprofessional.

They mention a telephone number for support (in the Netherlands) but when trying to reach them there was a waiting time for at least 45 minutes. How disappointing.

Interesting as I don't have that problem; playing one of my playlists now(just can't edit it in any way)
