I hit upgrade on my recently purchased but used connect on the website in error. Now the device doesn’t show in my system. Can this be rolled back at all, its playing with my OCD.

There’s no real need to rollback having hit the upgrade button on one of your players, it won’t affect how your system performs or operates and just means that the next time you order a player from sonos.com/shop that you’ll have a 30/15% discount ready for you. It shouldn’t cause a player to drop off your network or system so if that’s happened then it’s a different issue entirely. If you would really like this reversed, get in touch with our sales team who might be able to do something for you, but I’m not 100% confident that they have the ability to roll it back.
