Update with additional information on Cannot Add Services (Apple Music)

Just wanted to share a solution for my issue in not seeing Apple  Music as a content service. I live in Germany, but use English. Sonos had my country as ‘en’ in the address instead of Germany. The countries have to match. 
After that was sorted using the robot chat I still had an issue authorizing Apple. The robot turned me over to Marco. I sent a diagnostic number and he suggested checking if any unit updates were needed. My Beam needed an update. After that was accomplished it worked!
