Apologies as I’m sure this is already widely complained about and discussed. Since the major app update my volume control on my app has been hopeless. Is there anything I can do to improve things as my multiroom system has become almost unusable.

I’m sorry to hear of this issue you are having with unresponsive volume controls. We are aware of the problem and are actively investigating, though we have no estimate for when a resolution might be put in place.

In the meantime, it’s possible that rebooting your phone and/or router could help matters - when rebooting your router, please leave it off for at least 30 seconds.

You could also try a reset of the Sonos app - User icon » App Preferences » Reset App » Reset. Reopen the app afterwards and opt to connect to an existing system, then sign in too.
