A single Sonos speaker should easily connect to your WIFI. If there is a problem connecting to your WIFI, there could be interference in your network that you will have to overcome.
If you own an Era 100, you will need to set it up first on WIFI before you can use it as a Bluetooth speaker.

Make sure you aren’t running any type of VPN.
@jgate, I think I know the answer but can you explain why you suggest a VPN is not compatible with the new app? I was able to use one with the pre-May S2 app/environment. thx
