unable to setup

I have purchased 2 Sonos speakers one and 1 Sonos mini sub to create a stereo system . After first setup I noticed that the true play function was not working so after some efforts i decided to delete the system, reset all speakers everything and make setup again from the beginning.

Now I cannot pair / add any of the speakers as after the first steps and after adding the router pass it indicates that the Sonos has to update . Update begins and after a while I get an error message that update has failed and the speaker I not added . So now I cannot use any of my products at all . Please provide support . Thanks
