I try to reauthorize and it just keeps asking me over and over again to repeat it even though it says it was completed successfully.

Same here, i have been clicking here and there trying to find a fix or ptf or workaround and i am done clicking. The next click better lead me to a solution or at lease a fn explanation.
Please Please please pleASE how many more ways do i have to type please before u vendors learn how to communicate to your costumers.

Same issue here. Tried multiple times, no luck. I can't search SoundCloud through Sonos app but I'm able to play saved songs from SoundCloud... Wierd...

Same here.. but also use Mixcloud… I have the same music to listen to on it and i don’t miss anything.
So guessing it must be a Sonos issue….i can open the SoundCloud app and it works fine. Doesn’t miss a beat…
Same for me - Soundcloud is a very popular music service, it would be strategic for Sonos to fix this asap. Otherwise I have to stop using Sonos products and invest in others that will work with this service.

Keep getting the loop others mentioned like 5 minutes ago. I’ve been having issues with the Sonos app for awhile before that especially with the older models.
Same here. My goodness the Sonos experience has been a NIGHTMARE since May. Thinking of selling everything and switching to another brand!
My SoundCloud says “No Content Items Available”. Thought there have been popups showing SoundCloud to be down. Don’t use it much so ignored the popups.
Same here. Still doesn't work. Even removed the service and added it again, same issue. @sonos what now? Without SoundCloud my entire Sonos system is useless to me.
what a nightmare - re-authorize process keeps on looping
Since Sonos thinks it is fixed, I’d try a couple of things. First, a reboot of your router, followed by a reboot of your speakers. And maybe a reboot of your controller, too.
If those fail, I would call Sonos Support directly to discuss it. They might have more information about the most recent outage.
When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.
Authorize loop as well. I don’t see how this app can be this bad. This product overall is pretty terrible :(
Same issues here… Sonos used to be the best and I happily told all my friends about it. But It’s been nothing but issues since May and I’m over it.

It’s been working fine ..had the message to reauthorize . Just closed the app. Later opened it and has been working perfectly. I don’t see the message anymore that SoundCloud has an issue either.
