Unable to play music using soundcloud or spotify

I was unable to play music using Soundcloud after the recent update, so I removed and tried to add back sound cloud but now I am getting the message unable to connect.

If I try Spotify it gets stuck on ‘connecting’ but doesn’t play any music.

Speaker: SONOS One

IOS: 17.5.1

Does anyone have any suggestions?
