Anyone else experiencing problems with settings adjustment on Era 300?
More specifically, eq settings / volume limit / amazon alexa voice settings (wake word chime) / & bluetooth idle auto-disconnect.
I try to make these adjustments and they do nothing as far as eq settings go and amazon alexa settings don’t stick either.
I have already tried a network reset, Era 300 factory reset, and tried all 3 SonosNet channels with no luck. I would have also tried hardwiring the network connection but unfortunately the Era 300 does not have an ethernet connection.
i already submitted a system diagnostic ahead of time so I can try and contact tech support when they are available.
