Anyone else experiencing problems with settings adjustment on Era 300?

More specifically, eq settings / volume limit / amazon alexa voice settings (wake word chime) / & bluetooth idle auto-disconnect.

I try to make these adjustments and they do nothing as far as eq settings go and amazon alexa settings don’t stick either. 


I have already tried a network reset, Era 300 factory reset, and tried all 3 SonosNet channels with no luck. I would have also tried hardwiring the network connection but unfortunately the Era 300 does not have an ethernet connection. 
 

i already submitted a system diagnostic ahead of time so I can try and contact tech support when they are available.

Yes! Got on the phone with tech support and they helped me figure it out! 
 

You have to navigate in the app to app reset and then close the app completely and then re open it and sign back in. The Era 300 is much like the Roam when it comes to making adjustments in being that you can only do so while on wifi and not bluetooth. Hope that helps!
