Until recently my music folder was fully accessible, but now I have no access to the folder unless I switch off the Private network Firewall.
This seems to have happen following a controller update.
The Sonos Desktop controller and Library service have both been allowed in the firewall settings, but unless the firewall is switched off the library is unavailable.
I have restored the Firewall to default settings and let the Sonos controller request the changes it wants but that has not helped.
What other actions are required to enable the controller to see the library which is in the music folder on the same PC.
Sonos is no longer a friendly system to use. I really shouldn’t need a degree in computing to be able to use Sonos products.
Any help would be welcome
