Unable To Add Songs To Queue

I have spent 48 hours doing research about this issue. I’ve reset my network and turned everything on in sequence. I removed my Amazon account and added it back to Sonos, but no luck. 
 

I can play songs from any station via Amazon, but cannot play anything from my play list.
