Used Sonos to listen to my music folder. Today 'Access Denied' ... no explanation given in SONOS messages

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues with your music library on Sonos. Getting ‘Access Denied’, can either mean there’s a problem with the music library share, or permission issues between Sonos and the device the library is stored on.

I would recommend you contact our support team as they’ll be able to remote into your system and help guide you through any changes needed to be made, as they have the necessary tools available to do you.
