Is there a way I can turn off my Sonos music that is playing after I left and no longer on the same WiFi of the system I’m trying to turn off?

Not really. For Sonos, you need to have your controller device on the same subnet. If you’re using Spotify Connect, and generated the stream while you were on the WiFi subnet, you could conceivably turn off the stream…but you’re really skipping the Sonos software in that case.
