In the past I’ve had trouble getting truplay to work with my iPhone 13 but finally figured out that because I wear hearing aids, evidently it was using the microphone on my hearing aids instead of my iPhone so it would never complete the process. Once I shut off my hearing aids truplay worked fine with my iPhone.
