Tune-in drop outs unresolved after several years

tune-in radio series are a constant issue with dropouts, disconnecting to service and reliability - there are conversations and questions regarding this issue on this support chat that go back a number of years yet the issues remain the same and are unresolved. the service is not compatible with Sonos and should be removed - and this will remove the frustration.

Sure sounds like there’s some reason why your speakers are having trouble remaining connected to the various servers that TuneIn points to, since they (mostly) don’t run their own. Have you submitted a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this problem, and called Sonos Support to discuss it? Don’t post the resulting diagnostic number here, they get sensitive about GDPR.

There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.

When you speak directly to the Support staff, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.
