I am using Sonos V2 and everytime I try to get it to load my Itunes Music it gives me an Error Code of DESKTOP-HCG3OIT is not responding.  Anyone have any ideas on this as its driving me mad trying to figure it out.  Thank you

I’ve had a look into your system and can see through an automatic diagnostics that you’re receiving a CIFS 112 (Host is Down) error. In this case, calling into our support team would be the best way to resolve this, as they can remote into your system to adjust your share settings and manually add the music library share, which is often needed with this type of issue.
