I am trying to set up Trueplay and it is saying it cannot perform the test because of other sound interference but there is no other sound in the room. I have turned everything off! Any ideas please?

Close any windows or doors to make the room as quiet as possible.

for trueplay calibration check your apple device if the microphone is not obstructed by dust or other dirt that would prevent signal reception.
also check for apple system updates
