trueplay after app update

Does an app update (the latest) make any difference for the trueplay? Is it the software in the speakers or the app that make the settings right?

Since the ‘change’ was app only, and not a change in the firmware of the speakers, I’d guess no, there is no difference, other than the look and feel when you do TruePlay. I redid two rooms this morning, after the update as well, not merely to see the changes, the speakers got moved around in those rooms yesterday…hopefully not to move again.

Mine appears to be stuck in a loop. My arc will not work with my TV until I’ve have reinstalled the app.

I also can’t reauthorise my Apple Music.

Hey @sjoholm,

Thank you for your post and sorry for the late reply here.

The issue should be resolved by now. However, should you still run into an issue with Trueplay the following might prove useful:

 1. Reboot the iOS Controller and attempt tuning once more.
 2. Use a different controller (if available)
 3. Reset the Sonos App and attempt tuning again.

If that fails, contacting our support team for live troubleshooting is available here https://support.sonos.com/contact

Hope that helps!
