I have Sonos Arc, Era 100, Sub Gen 3, and I cannot get trueplay to work. It gets stuck on the screen, “Face your tv and hold the device at eye level.” It will not go to the next screen when pressing continue. I have rebooted the system, reset the app, and nothing works.
 

Any suggestions??

Do you have the very latest app version?

Also have you gone to Settings - Manage - System Updates - Check for Updates?

Do you have the very latest app version?

I have the iOS 18 beta. I was doing more reading last night after I posted this. Apparently, u can’t have beta versions. I have done system updates
