Hello, I recently got a Move 2 and love it. I added Apple Music and it works great! However, weeks later I am trying to add Pandora and Amazon to the content services section. The message I am getting after clicking “add to sonos” is “service not found” and then only one button that says done. I have restarted the Move 2, my phone. All apps are updated and on the same wifi. Any ideas? I can use Bluetooth but cannot add them in the native sonos app. Also, I have searched this forum and don’t see anything additional that has helped. TYIA! edit: I have an iPhone 15 fully updated.

Have you tried a reboot of your router, followed by a power cycle of your Move? That might help, and certainly won’t hurt.

However, if it doesn’t help, I’d submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of recreating the error message,  and call Sonos Support to discuss it.

There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.
